COLLEGE OF FORESTRY, KAU SECURES ACCREDITATION WITH A++ RATING FROM THE INDIAN COUNCIL OF FORESTRY RESEARCH AND EDUCATION (ICFRE), DEHRADUN.

College of Forestry, one of the constituent colleges under the Kerala Agricultural University (KAU), located at Vellanikkara in Thrissur district secured accreditation with A++ rating for 5 years from the Indan Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE), Dehradun. Only 5 Colleges including College of Forestry, KAU got the A++ rating among 17 others accross the country.

• Graduate students and faculty from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada visited COF on 3rd June 2017 as was done during last year. An interactive session was  arranged with the students and faculty at COF on 3rd June 2017 at 9.30 am in the Seminar Hall. Dr. Suzie Lavelle, Professor and leader of the team delivered a brief talk on the 'High education prospects of Forestry graduates at UBC".
